Aaron G. Reynolds, age 73, of Gallipolis, died Tuesday evening October 22, 2013 at his residence. Born November 18, 1939 in Ligon, Kentucky. Aaron was the son of the late Milford and Mary Isaacs Reynolds. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by, 1 daughter, Jennifer Louise Reynolds, 4 brothers, Earl, Rufus, Roland and Adrow Reynolds, and by 3 sisters, Mary Alice Ray, Ethel Reynolds and Lizzie McGinnis.
Aaron retired as an Equipment Operator, a position he started in 1970 when he joined the IUOE Local #132. He recently had received his lifetime membership from the Local #132. He was a member of the Gallia County Coon Club, and had attended both, Good Hope Baptist Church and Centenary Christian Church.
Aaron is survived by his wife, Jurrie M. Wolford Reynolds, who he married on November 4, 1961 in Kentucky. 1 son, Terry (Amy) Reynolds of Crown City, 5 grandchildren, Amber Reynolds, Travis Fulks, Cody Fulks, Tyler Reynolds, and Tess Reynolds. 3 great grandchildren, Landon Stepp, David Stepp, and Aubree Fulks.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM. Friday October 25, 2013 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Evangelist James Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 PM. until the time of service.
Pallbearers will be: Jerry Evans, Clark Vickers, Joe Harmon, David, Jeff and Gregory McGinnis.
