Adam I. Jones, age 23, of Gallipolis, died Saturday November 26, 2011. Born March 14, 1988 in Bremerton, Washington.
Adam was a 2006 graduate of Gallia Academy High School. He attended the Ohio State University and was currently a student at Columbus State Community College. He was employed by UPS and was a member of the Teamsters Union. Adam was a member of Vinton Baptist Church.
He is preceded by a Brother, Joshua M. Jones, by 2 Great Grandfathers, Charles Epp, and William E. West, a Great Uncle, Newt I. Jones, and a Cousin, Daniel I. Jones Jr.
Adam is survived by his parents, John Isaac and Antonia Esperanza Arroyo Jones Jr. of Gallipolis.
Maternal Grandparents, Michael and Maria Murphy of Oak Harbor, Washington, and Ronald K. and Kentia Lorimor of Marysville, Washington.
Paternal Grandparents, John I. and Judy Jones of Gallipolis.
Aunts and Uncles, Jim Jones of Gallipolis, Joe and Jodi Jones of Argillite, Kentucky, Ronald B. and Steffi Lorimor of Tucson, Arizona, Bill and Melissa Lorimor of Moberly, Missouri, and Linda Rua of Oregon City, Oregon.
Adam is also survived by many Great Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Friday December 2, 2011 at the Waugh- Halley-Wood funeral Home with Pastors Chester Hess and John O'Brien officiating. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-9 PM.
