Athens E. Kingery, age 70, of Point Pleasant, died Sunday December 21, 2014 at her residence. Born May 20, 1944 in Mason County, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late George and Clara Boardman Sterghi.
Athens worked as a beautician in Gallipolis for many years.
She is survived by 3 sons, William H. 'Will' Kingery of Point Pleasant, Benjamin Kingery of Greenbottom, WV. and Kayger Kingery of Wooster, OH. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren, Wyatt and Clara Kingery.
Burial will be in Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant on Friday January 2, 2014. There will be no services.
