Audrey F. Canaday, age 81, of Gallipolis, died Sunday morning January 29, 2012 at Abbyshire Place . Born July 21, 1930 in Mason County, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Dana Cooley and the late Myrl Wears Cooley Malcolm. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Ronald K. 'Ron' Canaday, and by 2 sisters, Margie Henry and Susan Gilliam.
Audrey was a retired realtor.
She is survived by 2 sons, John (Paula) Gordon of Pt. Pleasant, and Bob Gordon of Gallipolis. 3 grandchildren, Jennifer, Brian and Nathan Gordon. 1 brother, Otis (Janice) Cooley of Springfield.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Tuesday January 31, 2012 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Jon Pinson officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Street Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from Noon until the time of service.
