Belinda Ann Cook, age 38 of Gallipolis, died Thursday evening June 13, 2013 in Pittsboro, Indiana. Born March 31, 1975 in Indianapolis.
Belinda is survived by her mother, Nancy Damron Hall of Indianapolis, father, Richard Cook of Columbus, step father, Jeff Miller of Indianapolis. 3 children, Brittany Henderson, Shannon Tyler Henderson and Ciera Henderson all of Gallipolis. 1 brother, Jeffery Miller of Marengo, 2 aunts, Diane Nickles and Debra Keys, 2 uncles, Mark Damron and Roy Damron. 1 great aunt, Marybet Malnar. 3 special cousins, Jason Jackson, Steven Vicario, and Mark Andrew Damron. Nieces and nephews, Jeffery Miller, Caitlin Miller, and Cameron Miller, several additional nieces and nephews, and the love of her life Michael Shannon Henderson. Extended family members, Mary Gardner, Roger and Pam Waugh, John and Michelle Henderson, Lee and Lisa Gardner and Richard Henderson.

Belinda was preceded by her grandparents, Albert and Christine Damron and by her great grandmother, Belvia Hickman.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM. Tuesday June 18, 2013 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Lemley officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 PM. until the time of service.
