Betty L. (Keller) Provens, 96, went home to be with the Lord after a long illness on Thursday March 23, 2017.

She is survived by three sons, Thomas Provens of Thurman, Ohio, Dale E. Provens of Columbus, Ohio, Garold Provens of North Carolina, eight grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Harold R. Provens, in 2004, a brother, Ken Keller of Springfield, Ohio, a sister Kate Replogle of Indianapolis, Indiana, a sister, Joann Byrum of Springfield, Ohio, and a grandchild, Kelly Sue Provens.

Services will be at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Phillip Taylor officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be 12-2 prior to service.
