Beverly H. Guinther, age 75, of Grove City and formerly of Gallipolis, died Saturday June 22, 2024 at her residence. Born September 8, 1948 in Gallipolis, she was the daughter of the late Pearl Alfred Ballard and Hester Susan Saunders Ballard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by a sister, Sharon K. Frye and by a brother-in-law, Kennth Guinther.

Beverly was a medical secretary for Holzer Medical Center, but considered her most important jobs were that of a devoted wife, loving mom and grandma. She was a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America Auxliary.

She is survived by her husband, William E. Guinther of Grove City; son, Chris (Shannon) Guinther of Grove City; grandchildren, Patrick Guinther,  Alex Guinther, Ella Guinther and Annie Guinther all of Grove City; brother-in-law, Terry Guinther of Syracuse; sister-in-law, Meg Guinther of Racine; sister-in-law's, Karen Guinther and Donna Jean Guinther both of Syracuse; and by her precious rescue dog "Charlie".

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM. Sunday June 30, 2024 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Gene Harmon officiating. Entombment will follow at the Chapel of Hope Mausoleum at the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 PM. till time of service.
