Carol Ann Howe Cantrell

Carol Cantrell, 75, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2022 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born on February 10, 1947 to Ferdinand & Geraldine Howe in Martin's Ferry, Ohio.  Loving mother to David, Paul (Amanda), and Emily (Rick) and grandmother to Kurt & Luke, Morgan & Madison, Connor, and Destiny.  Great-grandmother to Reece, and sister to Phyllis Mason.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bill, and son David.

Waugh-Halley Wood Funeral Home in Gallipolis, Ohio will be in charge of arrangements. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM. Wednesday April 27, 2022 at Ohio Valley Memory Garden Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rio Grande University in Rio Grande, Ohio.
