Charles Edward 'Charlie' Mullins Sr. age 32, of Gallipolis, died Sunday January 1, 2017 at his residence. Born January 5, 1984 in Gallipolis, son of Karen Mullins of Gallipolis and the late Richard Mullins Sr. In addition to his father, he is preceded by 2 grandfathers, Oshel Patterson Sr. and Wilson Mullins, grandmother, Grace Mullins, and 2 aunts, Mildred and Mary Mullen.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a grandmother, Betty Patterson of Bidwell, girlfriend, Judy Stapleton, sons, Charles Edward Mullins Jr, Bradly Mullins, Keghun McGrew all of Gallipolis, a step son, Trevor Stapleton, brothers, Richard (Katherine) Mullins Jr, and William (Bonnie) Mullins, a sister, Louise (Jimmy) Mullins, aunts, June Brogdon, Grace Ann Driscol, Kathleen (Jesse) White, Sandra (Virgil) Willet, Esther Patterson, Patricia (David) Mooney, uncles, James (Cary) Patterson, Oshel (Darlene) Patterson Jr, Walter (Becky) Patterson, Larry (Laura) Patterson, Johnny (Rosemary) Patterson, Richard Patterson, Lonnie Patterson, and Robert Patterson and a good friend, Paul Hall along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Friday January 6, 2017 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 am until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
