Charles Roy 'Chuck' Kinnan, age 55, of Gallipolis, died Thursday December 30, 2021 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Born September 11, 1966 in Punxsutawney, PA, son of the late Richard Kinnan and Suzanne Reha Elkin.

Chuck was the Manager of Johnson Mobile Home Park and a former Route Manager for Snack Empire. He was a United States Navy Veteran, serving from 1985 to 1993. He served aboard the USS Kalamazoo. He was very proud of his military service and always remained very patriotic. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Ellen Lawrence Kinnan who he married on August 15, 2011, along with children, Andy (Kate) Kinnan of Racine, Kyle (Brittany) Kinnan of Middleport, and Emily (Aaron) Payne of Cleveland, step children, Tim (Tara) Wolfe of Bidwell, Jessica Wolfe of Pt. Pleasant, and Tammy Wolfe of Middleport, several grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Also surviving is a brother, Richard (Tammy) Kinnan of Punxsutawney, and 3 sisters, Linda (Scott) Behm of Marchand, PA, Kathy (Paul) Nitzh of Virginia Beach, VA and Sandy Greasock of Punxsutawney along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Wednesday January 5, 2022 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Jordan Decker officiating. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 AM -1:00 PM                                                                                              Military Honors will be presented at the funeral home by the VFW #4464 Honor Guard.

The service will also be livestreamed on the funeral homes facebook page.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with his funeral expenses.
