Connie Baldwin, age 74, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away peacefully on the morning of July 20, 2026.

Born on September 2, 1951, in Gallipolis OH, Connie was the daughter of Walter Woodyard Jr. and Betty (Beaver) Tobias. She was a devoted mother, loving grandmother, cherished sister, and loyal friend whose kindness and generosity touched many lives.

Throughout her life, Connie worked in a variety of roles while raising her family. Her most memorable career was with Liebert Corporation in Worthington, Ohio, where she worked from 1994 until her retirement. During her years at Liebert, Connie formed lasting friendships with her coworkers, many of whom she considered her extended family.

Connie was known for her selfless nature and willingness to help others. Whether caring for someone who was ill or offering support to those facing difficult times, she never hesitated to lend a helping hand. Her compassion, strength, and caring spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Baldwin; her mother, Betty Tobias; her father, Orville Tobias; her brother, Harold Clark; and her sister, Linda Follis.

She is survived by her two sons, James (Betty) Baldwin of Etna, Ohio, and Jesse (Becky) Baldwin of Johnstown, Ohio; her sisters, Wanda (Dave) Ricketts of Columbus, Ohio & Dora Lee Collins of Utah; her beloved grandchildren, Penelope and Oliver Baldwin of Johnstown, Ohio; and her great-nephew, Juan Rodriguez of Lancaster, Ohio, whom she loved and considered a son.

Connie's legacy of love, generosity, and devotion to family will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM. Monday July 27, 2026 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Victory Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 PM. till 4:00 PM.
