Curtis Myers Swindall, age 93, of Gallipolis, passed away on Tuesday November 28, 2017 at Abbyshire Place. Born August 18, 1924 in Clintwood, Virginia, he was the son of the late Thomas Calvin Swindall and Julie Davis Swindall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a sister, Joella Nelson.

Curtis was a retired farmer and a World War II Navy Veteran.

He is survived by 1 Son: Danny Swindall of Gallipolis; 1 Daughter: Linda (Roger) Steffen of Indianapolis; 1 Brother: Clyde Swindall of Detroit; 1 Sisters: Hazel Carico of Gallipolis, and by 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.

Services will be 10:00 AM. Monday December 4, 2017 in the Chapel of Hope at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens with Pastor Heath Jenkins officiating.

Military Funeral Honors will be presented by the Gallia County Veterans Funeral Detail.
