Frances L. "Francie" Unroe, age 58, of Crown City, passed away on Monday morning April 4, 2011 at her residence. She was born on May 16, 1952 in Gallipolis, Ohio; she was the daughter of William Monroe Hall of Crown City, and the late Lillian Daniels Hall. In addition to her mother she was preceded by 1 son in law Gary Woodall.

Francie was a postal clerk for the Crown City Post Office; she formerly drove a postal route for many years. She achieved the highest score on her Civil Service Exam.
Francie was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her Father, William Monroe Hall of Crown City, she is survived by her Husband, Charles Unroe of Crown City; 3 Children, Heather (Keith) Eblin Jr. of Lebanon,Ohio, Chad (Shera) Swain of Georgetown, Ohio, and by Jodi (K.W.) Fellure of Gallipolis; 8 Grandchildren, Tyler Mason, Troy Mason, Tanner Mason, Ashley Eblin, Alexxis Swain, Megan Eblin, Chase Eblin, and Kennedy Fellure; 2 Brothers, Daniel E. (Kathy) Hall of Cincinnati and William "Bill" (Dawn) Hall of Rio Grande; and by 3 Sisters, Sherry (Gerald) Rankin of Crown City, Kay Woodall of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Brenda (Scott) Myers of Huntington.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday April 8, 2011 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Swan Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from Noon until time of service.
