Gary Ray Waugh, age 66, of Vinton, passed away Thursday July 5, 2018 at his residence. Born July 30, 1951, in Gallia County, Ohio, he was the son of the late Lester Waugh and the late Cecil Vernoka White Waugh. In addition to his parents he was preceded by his Wife; Dawn Elaine Hall Waugh.

Gary was a truck driver. He loved to hunt, fish, and golf.

He is survived by 1 Son; Shawn M. (Bethany) Waugh of Circleville; 3 Grandchildren; Abigail Waugh, James Waugh, and Josiah Waugh; 1 Brother; Rufus Allen (Doris) Waugh of Williamsburg, Ohio; 1 Sister; Sharon (Freel) Tackett of Bidwell; and by several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM. Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Workman officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park. Visitation will be at Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 6 to 8 PM.

Pallbearers will be: Shawn Waugh, Carl Tackett, Bret Tackett, Chris Tackett, Rex Justice, and Joe Justice.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Bobby McClaskey, Tom Gardner, James Waugh, and Josiah Waugh.
