Harold Gene Wray, age 72, of Crown City, Ohio passed away Monday morning August 19, 2013 at his residence. Born December 14, 1940 in the Bladen Community, Gallia County, he was the son of the late Thurman A. 'Newt' Wray and Mary Elizabeth Waugh Wray.
Harold Gene retired from the Laborers Union, and for several years he was well known for selling produce.
He is survived by 2 Sons: Travis (Lisa) Wray of Rio Grande, and Willard Wray of Crown City; 1 Step Son: Otis Bush of Gallipolis; 1 Grandchild: Sarah Wray; 1 Brother: Donnie (Regina) Wray of Crown City; 1 Sister: Liz (Richard) Roach of Gallipolis; several Nieces and Nephews; and by his former wife Anita Wray of Rio Grande.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday August 23, 2013 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Chapman officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
