Helen L. Dailey, age 94, of Patriot, died Saturday November 29, 2025 at the Arbors at Gallipolis. Born October 4, 1931 in Gallia County, she was the daughter of the late Jehue and Thersa Skaggs Jackson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Golder Dailey, sons, Charles Dailey and James 'Jim' Dailey, a daughter, Sandra Blessing,  granddaughter, Chrystal Dailey, and by several brothers and sisters.

Helen was a homemaker. She was known as a hard worker. She loved to cook and visit with people.

She is survived by two daughters, Patty (Dana) Daniels of Gallipolis and Barbara (John) Shuler of Patriot, grandchildren, Brittany Bays, Jonathan Bays, Rex Allen Bays, Marisa Sanders, Shannon Dailey, T.J. Snodgrass and Golder Blessing. Great grandchildren, Adrianna Sanders, Kyrsten Sanders, Grace Tolliver, Hanna Snodgrass, Emily Snodgrass, Gavin Fisher, Allison Barry and Evan Snodgrass. She is also survived by great great grandchild, Lincoln Tolliver and by a sister, Goldie Quimby of Gallipolis.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM. Wednesday December 3, 2025 at Salem Cemetery. Following the service, everyone is invited to Helen's home for a time of food and fellowship.
