Jackie Lynn Collins, 63, of Smithville, WV, departed this life on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV.
Jackie was born April 11, 1958 in Gallia County, OH, a daughter of the late Charles L. and Erma J. (Brumfield) Waugh, Sr. During her working career, she worked numerous jobs and she was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Crown City, OH. She enjoyed playing games on the computer, baking, cake decorating, and watching crime shows on TV.
She is survived by her husband of 7 years, Larry Wade Collins; sister, Santa Rose Suver (Mark) of Gallipolis, OH and brother, Charles L. Waugh Jr. (Mindy) of Gallipolis, OH; 6 nieces, 2 nephews, 5 great nieces, 3 great nephews, 4 great great nieces, and 6 great great nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Vesta Charlotte Waugh; brother, Vernon Ray Waugh; sister-in-law, Linda Waugh; 1 great niece; maternal grandparents, Leo and Vista Brumfield; paternal grandparents, Charles and Charlotte Waugh.
Funeral services will be 1pm, Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Raiguel Funeral Home in Harrisville, WV. Visitation will take place from 11am-1pm on Wednesday. Additional funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM. Thursday April 7, 2022 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church on Valley View Drive, Crown City. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
