James Richard 'Jamie' Gillenwater II, age 47, of Gallipolis, died Thursday evening July 19, 2018 at Holzer Medical Center. Born December 22, 1970 in Gallipolis, he is the son of James Richard Gillenwater and Debbie Carroll. In addition to his parents, he is survived by 4 daughters, Brittany (John) Martin, Melissa Robinson, Miranda Robinson, and Amanda Robinson, 1 son, Nokota Baird, 2 sisters, Danyana (Scott) Queen and TiTia (Donald) Fife, 9 grandchildren, grandmother, Phyllis Carroll and by 1 aunt, Debbie Aker.

Jamie was preceded by a brother, Shannon Gillenwater, and by a grandmother, Virgie Gillenwater Mullins.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Monday July 23, 2018 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Troy Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from Noon until the time of service.

Pallbearers will be: Chris Aker, Derek Aker, John Martin, Scott Queen, Scotty Queen and Danny White.
