Joe Edward Collins age 81 of Crown City, passed away on Wednesday evening December 27, 2017 at his residence.

Friends and family may call at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home 810 Second Avenue Gallipolis, Ohio, on Wednesday January 3, 2018 from 11:00 AM till Noon. A private family graveside service will be held at a later time in the Vernon Hill Cemetery.

Full Military Honors will be presented by the Gallia County Veterans Funeral Detail at the cemetery.
