Johnny Dwayne Martin, age 48 of Gallipolis and formerly of Teaberry, KY died Wednesday March 4, 2020 at home. Born May 12, 1971 in Floyd County, KY. He was the son of the late John D. and Verdie Mitchell Martin.
Johnny was a graduate of Betsy Layne High School and attended the Big Sandy Community and Technical College. He worked for several years at the Pikeville Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Martin, his biological father, Melvin Martin of KY, sons, Johnny Kyle Martin, Jacob Andrew Martin and Wyatt Alexander Cole Martin, stepchildren, Crystal (Gus) White, Michael (Kaytlyn) Shank and David (Jennifer) Shank, along with several cousins and special friends, Kenneth Myers, Rebecca Gibson, Melissa Bingham and Jason Creed.
Memorial services will be 6:00 PM. Thursday March 12, 2020 at the Potter's Wheel Pentecostal Church 210 Upper River Road Gallipolis with Pastor Steve Nibert officiating.
