Joyce A. Peck Cremeans, age 69, of Patroit, passed away Sunday July 10, 2011 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 17, 1942 in Davey, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Walter and Laura Lowe Peck. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by 4 Brothers, Walter Peck, Soyabe Peck, William 'Bill' Peck, and Virgil 'Ray Peck and by 1 Sister, Mildred Peck Isareal.

Joyce married William 'Bill' Creameans on July 4, 1961 celebrating 50 wonderful years. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Sister, and Grandmother. Joyce was a graduate of Kyger Creek High School and a dedicated employee of Middleton Estates.

She is survived by her Husband, William 'Bill' Creameans; 4 Children, Robin Cremeans, Cande (Robert) Cremeans Decker, Mark (Marsha) Cremeans, and Heather (Raymond) Cochran; Grandchildren, Joshua (Holly) Cremeans, Jeremy (Jacquie) Decker, Dustin Decker, Amber Decker, Christi Cremeans, Ashley Cremeans, Jessica Cremeans, Megan Cochran, and Raymond Cochran; Great-Grandchildren, Shayne Cremeans, Ellie Cremeans, Taryn Decker, Kylie Ramsey, Tyler Ramsey, Kaiden Cremeans, and Isabella Holland; 1 Brother, Howard (Deana) Peck; and several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral services will be Thursday July 14, 2011 1:00 P.M. at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with the Pastor Rick Barcus officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 P.M. to 9 P.M.
