Judy Gayle Gallaway, age 70, of Chesapeake, OH. died Wednesday morning December 10, 2014 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV... Born May 13, 1944 in Logan, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Geoubert and Tiny Delores Bartley Talbert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Mack Gallaway, a son, Christopher Lane Gallaway, 2 brothers, Donald Talbert and Jr. Talbert, 1 sister, Elaine Burns, 1 brother in law, Eddie McKnight, and a niece, Pam McKnight.
Judy is survived by: 2 grandchildren, Dustin L Gallaway of Scottown, OH., and Sophia Isabella Gallaway of Tennessee. 1 sister, Jo Ann McKnight of Chesapeake,OH. 1 brother, Ivan (Carol) Talbert of South Point OH., nieces and nephews, Vendetta (David) Armstrong, Glenna Rae (Bruce) Boucher , Denise Kraning, Delores, Diane, Teresa, Eric Meyers, and Edana Bryan, Christina (Rick) Welch, Teresa (Jon) Lewis, Jerry Lee Unroe. Sister in law, Louise (Jerry) Unroe of Crown City, OH. Also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and a special family member, Brandy Collier of Tennessee.
Funeral services will be at Noon Saturday Dec. 13, 2014 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Gallaway officiating. Burial will follow in the Gallaway Family Cemetery.
