Kathleen Jo "Kathy" Stebbins, age 58 of Crown City, passed away on Sunday November 8, 2015 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital. Born April 18, 1957 in Gallipolis, she was the daughter of the late John Stebbins and Janet Morrison Nay of Ocala, FL. who survives.
She was a former member of Grace Baptist Church in Point Pleasant, WV.
She is survived by her significant other of over 15 years, Melvin "Pete" Simms of Crown City, her mother and step father, Janet "Cookie" and Benny Nay of Ocala, FL, a brother, Stephen Jay (Raylene) Stebbins of Collinsville, OK, a special friend, Marilyn (Bill) Milstead of Dexter City, OH, and many other family members.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm. Thursday, November12, 2015 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m.
