Kenneth William Waugh, age 86, of Gallipolis, passed away on Sunday evening December 12, 2010 at Abbyshire Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born June 12, 1924 in Gallia County, Ohio he was the son of the late William and Freda Qualls Waugh. In addition to his parents he was preceded by his loving Friend, Imogene and by 2 Sisters, June Franklin and Louise Buckley.
Kenneth was a retired employee of the Gallipolis Development Center and also a retired farmer.
He is survived by 2 Children: Connie (Jim) Halley of Point Pleasant, WV and Michael (Melissa) Waugh of Muncie, IN; 1 Step Daughter, Jenny (Gary) Thivener of Crown City, Ohio; 3 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday December 16, 2010 at the Mt. Zion Cemetery with Bob Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home on Wednesday December 15, 2010 from 6 P.M. to 9 P.M.
Military Funeral Honors will be presented at the cemetery by the Gallia County Veterans Funeral Detail.
