Linda Annette Phillips, age 54, of Gallipolis passed away on Thursday December 31, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington. Born February 19, 1961 in Gallia County she was the daughter of the late Ottie Vernon and Marie Swanson Lucas.
Linda was a RN. having worked most of her career at St. Mary's Medical Center.
She is survived by her Husband: Jerry Phillips of Gallipolis; 1 Son: Bradaen Drake of Gallipolis; 2 Nieces: Nicole (Aaron) Bickle of Athens and Amanda (Lance) Neville of Gallipolis; and by 1 Uncle: Ron (Pam) Swanson of Columbus. Also surviving are two special friends, Tammy Ball of Meigs Co. and Linda Runyon of Wayne Co., WV.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM. Saturday January 9, 2016 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Workman officiating. Burial will follow at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from noon until the time of service. Pallbearers will be: Scott Phillips, Aaron Phillips, Austin Phillips, Bob Ball, Kelly James, Kevin Jackson, Jordan Jackson, and Terry Stapleton.
