Lucenia Adele "Tieny" Saunders of Gallipolis, 'Went home to our Lord and Savior' on Sunday September 18, 2016 at Holzer Medical Center after a sudden illness.
Born July 28, 1959 to the late Charles W. and Lucille V. Lewis Saunders Sr. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Jane Saunders Qualls.
She is survived by two sons, Nathan Myers and Josh Saunders, two grandchildren, Breylen and Jaylyn Myers, two brothers, Charles W. Saunders Jr. and Terry Qualls. Also surviving are niece and nephew, Autumn and Chaz Saunders, and her loyal dog, Scruffy.
Tieny lived for her sons and grandbabies, Breylen and Jaylyn were her heart. Tieny was a "Mom and Nana" to so many that came into her life. Her ability to love was endless. She will be deeply missed and remembered by so many.
A memorial service will be 2:00 PM. Saturday October 1, 2016 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Christian Scott officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with Tieny's funeral expenses.
