Neomia Mossman, age 84, of Lucasville, died Sunday September 19, 2021 at the Edgewood Manor of Lucasville. Born on December 27, 1936 in Vinton County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Burl and Stella Williams Burnheimer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by 2 brothers, Marion Burnheimer and Vernon Burnheimer and by 3 Sisters, Evelyn Pennington, Carol Leport, and Elmie Burnheimer.

Neomia was a homemaker.

She is survived by her Sons; Vernon (Ginny) Bush of Zenia, Michael (Roxanne) Bush of Zenia, Roger (Connie) Bush of North Carolina, David Bush of Gallipolis, and Daniel (June) Wright of Gallipolis; Several Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren, and by 2 Sisters, Barbara (Larry) Curry of Gallipolis, and Kathryn Bonecutter of Rutland.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM. Friday September 24, 2021 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Gene Harmon officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 PM. till time of service.
