Randy W .Phillips, age 62, of Crown City 'Went to be with the Lord' on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at Holzer Medical Center. Born July 21, 1956 in Gallia County, he was the son of the late Andrew R. and Mabel M. Hoover Phillips, In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded by 2 brothers, Robert and Richard Phillips and by a sister, Eloise Phillips.

Randy was a member of Laborers Union #83. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye football fan and an avid reader. He was always available to help anyone that needed it and was known by all his nieces and nephews as their favorite uncle.

He is survived by his partner in life, Loretta Heck of Crown City, 3 sisters, Nancy Mooney of Crown City, Jeanette Pauley of Nitro, and Wilma Lemley of Lexington, 1 brother, Ronnie (Sharon) Phillips of Chesapeake and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Tuesday October 2, 2018 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating. Burial will follow at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 PM.

Pallbearers will be: Curtis Hunt, Dakota Hunt, Tim Lemley, Kevin Mooney, Ronnie Phillips Jr. and Ryan Johnson.
