Robert Andrew Sliwinski, age 62, of Gallipolis, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at his home. Born December 24, 1953 in Toledo, Ohio he was the son of the late Michael and Marie Jean Hiriberry Sliwinski. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by 1 Brother; Michael Sliwinski and by 2 Sisters; Christine North and Yvonne Sliwinski.

Robert was a United States Air Force Veteran. He retired from the Kyger Creek Power Plant where he was an engineer. He was an avid reader, enjoyed doing puzzle crosswords, playing golf, and enjoyed listening to rock and roll music and gardening.

He is survived by his Wife; Bonkomb Sliwinski of Gallipolis; 1 Daughter; Watchli (Leon White) Elliott of Wellston; 1 Grandchild; Samantha (Ryan) Souders of Wellston; 2 Brothers; Ronald Sliwinski of Toledo and Richard Sliwinski of Arizona. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM. Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Father Thomas Hamm officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from Noon until the time of service.
