Rosa Frances Blazer, age 75 of Gallipolis, 'Went to be with the Lord' on Thursday morning January 27, 2011 at Pleasant Valley Hospital. Born May 18, 1935 in Gallia County. She was the daughter of the late Emma McGuire. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Morris F. Blazer Sr. in 1987, by 1 son, Morris Blazer Jr. in 2002, and by a daughter in law, Linda Blazer in 2010.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by:

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM. Sunday January 30, 2011 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Barcus officiating. Burial will follow in Mina Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 6-9 PM.
