Sandra K. 'Sandy' Dailey, age 62, of Gallipolis Ferry, WV. died Saturday evening October 12, 2013 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington. Born November 16, 1950 in Gallipolis. She was the daughter of the late Charles Leo and Erma L. Durst Price.
Sandy along with her husband John, owned and operated Dailey Tire in Gallipolis. She was a member of the Jackson Ave, Baptist Church in Pt. Pleasant.
Sandy is survived by her husband, John H. Dailey of Gallipolis Ferry, a son, John B. Dailey of Charlotte, NC, a brother, David (Charlotte) Price of Gallipolis, Ferry, and 2 sisters, Marsha Lee (Mike Hudnall) of Pt. Pleasant, and Angela Price of Pt. Pleasant. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1: 00 PM. Thursday October 17, 2013 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home 810 2nd. Ave. Gallipolis, with Pastor Joe Nott officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery in Gallipolis. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5-8 PM.
