Sandra J. Syrus passed away on September 17, 2020 at Holzer Medical Center. She was born on May 27, 1950 to the late Roy and Shirley Harmon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by in death by 7 sisters and brothers and her 'soul mate' Donald W. Syrus.

She is survived by daughter, Julie Syrus of Columbus, son, Anthony Syrus of Gallipolis, and 3 grandchildren, Caitlin Paige (Jorden) Lee, Caleb Petrie and Orianna Ozebek, all of Columbus. Also surviving are sister and brothers, Alice Clagg, Harold Harmon, and Roy (Duffy) Harmon of Gallipolis as well as many nieces and nephews.
