Shelba Rossiter, age 76 of Gallipolis, 'Went to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ' and departed loved ones on Friday morning March 20, 2026. Born August 27, 1949 in Gallia County, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Louise Day Daniels. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Bernard Rossiter, who she married on November 18, 1967 and he preceded her on July 24, 2015, by a sister, Joyce Raynard and by three brothers, James, Carl and Wayne Daniels.

She was a 1967 graduate of Hannan Trace High School. She worked several jobs through the years including working at Western Southern Insurance, working as a salesperson for several companies and later as the owner of Bladen landing. She enjoyed watching basketball, playing cards, working with her flowers and spending time with her family.

Shelba is survived by two daughters, Carla Rossiter of Gallipolis and Kim (Mike) Green of Crown City, one granddaughter, Phylicia (Trenton) Ramey of Gallipolis, and great- grandchildren, Shelbie, Justin and Audrie, all who she cherished dearly.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Tuesday March 24, 2026 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Workman officiating. Burial will follow in Swan Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.

Pallbearers will be: Mike Green, Trenton Ramey, Wendell Rossiter, Mitchell Raynard, Roger Harrison and Justin Carter.
