Stephen Eugene Walter, age 60 of Gallipolis, died Thursday March 24, 2016. Born November 11, 1955 in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Franklin Eugene Walter and Virgina Shafer Walter who survives.
He was a retired construction worker.
In addition to his father he was preceded by a brother, Ricky Walter.
In addition to his mother he is survived by two sisters, Sherry Glenn of Southside, West Virginia and Terry Walter of Bidwell.
