Teresa Marie Jeffers, age 64, of Ashville, Ohio, died Monday May 19, 2025 at Ohio State University Medical Center East in Columbus. Born September 27, 1960 in Gallipolis, she was the daughter of the late George William Clark and Betty Jean Putney Condee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by a sister; Tamara Clark.

Teresa was as an accountant for AEP.

She is survived by her sons; Terry (April Nieto) Chapman of Crown City and Justin "Reed" (Danyelle) Sommerville of Ashville, grandchildren; Jesse Chapman, Bryar Chapman, Scarlett Chapman, Rylee Sommerville and Myah Sommerville; sister, Kimberly (Charles Lilly) Clark Johnson of Pt. Pleasant, ½ brother; George Clark Jr. of Pt. Pleasant, ½ sister; Angel (Malcolm Saunders) Clark of Logan, WV, nephew; Rand (Tracy) Clark of Crown City and by a special friend; Darrell Canada of Bidwell.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM. Saturday May 24, 2025 at the Mount Union Cemetery in Fraizers Bottom, WV with Cody Lambert officiating.
