Timothy Emerson Reese, age 66, of Cheshire, died on Wednesday July 20, 2022 at Holzer Medical Center. Born February 8, 1956 in Mason County, West Virginia, he was the son of the late T. Emerson and Etta Mae Hundley Reese. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife, Lisa Kay Ellis Reese and by 1 brother, Edward Reese.

Tim was raised on a dairy farm and started helping out on the farm at an early age. He later started driving a truck for the family trucking business, and later started his own business, Comet Trucking. He drove a truck for 50 years and just recently retired. He loved his family, friends, and working on the farm. He also enjoyed and loved the many cats, dogs and cattle they had over the years. He and his wife also enjoyed riding motorcycles together for many years. He was a member of Little Kyger Congregational Christian Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Erin Reese Hines of Albany and granddaughter, Karlee Hines of Albany, Brother, Michael Von (Linda) Reese of Cheshire, sisters, Carolyn Cremeans of Westerville, Ohio and Judith (James) Harris of Gahanna, Ohio.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM. on Monday July 25, 2022 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Heath Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 5:00 PM. to 8:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Society.
