Vicki Jean Haskins, age 55, "went to be with her Lord and Savior" on Monday November 19, 2018 at Heartland of Jackson. Vicki was born January 12, 1963 to parents Virginia Jeffers-Blazer and Garfield Blazer Jr., who preceded her in death.

Vicki married the love of her life Jay Haskins on September 4, 1981. They were blessed with two children Brandi and Brad. Besides her parents Vicki was preceded in death by three sisters; Judy Blazer, Janet Donahue, and Bonnie Donahue; Father in law; Glenn Haskins whom she adored and loved baking cookies and cakes for and by Phil Snyder; neighbor and friend whom also received many of Vicki's cookies.

Vicki is survived by her Husband; Jay Haskins; Children; Brandi (Jake) Kline of Gallipolis and Brad (Kelsey) Haskins of Cincinnati. The light of Vicki's life her four grandsons; Dylan, Ethan, and Logan Kline and Jacob Sanson; Brothers; twin brother Rick (Christi) Blazer and Mike (Marlene) Blazer; loving Mother in law Margaret Haskins; Sister in law; Connie (Stewart) Patterson; three special nephews; Brian (Stacy) Blazer, Nate (Jennifer) Blazer and Mike (Angel) Blazer; seven great Nieces and Nephews; and by a special neighbor and caring friend Patty Snyder.

Words cannot express to Vicki's caregivers Rick and Christi Blazer the gratitude we feel for the four plus years of love, dedication, giving of all their life and time to caring for Vicki. Each of us, thank you, love you, and there is a special place in Heaven for you.

Vicki had many medical problems over the years, but stood firm with her Lord and Savior, never missing a chance to you about how much we needed the Lord in our lives.

We will miss you my Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Little Sister, and Friend. By God's grace we will meet again. We love you!

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Hood officiating. Burial will follow in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 AM. till time of service.
