Wanda Lou Morgan, age 87, of Gallipolis died Tuesday June 18, 2024 at her residence. Born January 9, 1937 in Gallipolis, she was the daughter of the late Granville Layne and Betty Springer Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Paul Wendell Morgan Sr., step father, Clayton Johnson Sr.; brothers, Clayton Johnson Jr., Everett "Bulgy" Johnson, Danny Johnson and infant brother Billy; and by sisters, Phyllis Buttrick, Norma Johnson, Ellen Houck, and infant sister Mary Ellen.

Wanda was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children; Wendell (Terri) Morgan of Gallipolis, Debra Mills of Chillicothe, Cynthia Denney (Dennis Russell) of Piketon, Karen (Roger) Eblin of Pomeroy and Kim O'Dell of Kerr; grandchildren, Charlie (Darian) Mills, Megan Watson, Jimmy (Tessa) Coleman, Justin (Valisha) Eblin, Mickayla Eblin, Nicole Eblin (Theo), Sean O'Dell and Jimmy O'Dell; several great grandchildren; and by her siblings, Clarence Johnson, Lenville (Connie) Johnson, Dorothy Johnson, Brenda Spaulding, and Linda (Dale) Earl all of Gallipolis.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM. Tuesday June 25, 2024 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Voss officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00 AM. until time of service.
