William Franklin Frazee, age 85, of Gallipolis, died Sunday February 28, 2016 at Holzer Medical Center. Born April 17, 1930 in Coshocton County, Ohio. He was the son of the late Carl Benjamin and Clara Alice Heffelfinger Frazee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a granddaughter, Paula Marie Wood.
Bill was a retired local business owner, owning several area businesses' including the 'Steak House', he was also the former General Manager of Evans Packing Co./Landmark Co. He was a United States Army Veteran and a charter member of New Life Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Shepler Frazee of Gallipolis, one son, William Kirk (Jan) Frazee of Chillicothe, one daughter, Ellen (Brad) McElfish of Hurricane, WV, four grandchildren, Nathan (Theresa) Frazee of Mercerville, Jacqueline (A.J.) Cline of Hurricane, WV, Dustin Kipp (Stephanie) Wood of Huntington, WV, Erin (Matthew) Flock of St. Petersburg, FL, and nine great grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother, Gary (Cathy) Frazee of Coshocton, OH, a sister, Dorothy Endsley of Mt. Vernon, OH, his beloved dog, Macy and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be 4:00 PM. on Sunday March 6, 2016 at New Life Lutheran Church with Pastor John Jackson officiating. Military Funeral Honors will be presented at the church.
