Wilma Charlotte "Charlie" Finley, age 80, of Gallipolis died Sunday July 13, 2025 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington. Born November 26, 1944 in Gallipolis, she was the daughter of the late Lottie Bush Sheets. In addition to her mother,  she was preceded by her husband,  Derry E. Finley and by a sister, Elizabeth White.

Charlie was a home manager. She was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church and attended Mina Chapel Church.

Charlie is survived by her sons, Scott Bush of Gallipolis and Gregory (Donna) Bush of Crown City; grandchildren, Cesily Bush, Katoya Bush, Cayla Bush and Benjimin "Ben" (Brianna) Bush; great grandchildren, Shaelyn, Kaydence, Bubba (Kelvin), Vidia, Kheaton, Bentley, Kendrick, Kasen, Caliyah, Brynnlee, Kamdyn and Rowyn; Geneva Holley, Camron and family, Chelsea and family. And by her sisters, Virginia Saunders of Proctorville and Carolyn Unroe of Crown City.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday July 17, 2025 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Northup officiating. Burial will follow in the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 AM. – 1:00 PM.
