Wilma R. Thaxton, age 76, of Gallipolis died Tuesday July 23, 2024 at Holzer Medical Center. Born May 9, 1948 in Gallipolis, she was the daughter of the late Perry Edwin Thaxton and Lucille Reynolds Thaxton who survives.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by an aunt, Doris Snedegar of Grove City, and by several cousins.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM.  Friday July 26, 2024 at the Gravel Hill Cemetery, with Dr. Mat Brown officiating.
