Obituary

Wilma P. Webster, age 98 of Gallipolis, died Friday, September 23, 2016 at Holzer Senior Care Center. Born November 30, 1917 in Springfield, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe and Zelda Payne Pyles. In addition to her parents, Wilma was preceded by her husband Charles Jacob Webster, a son Charles David Webster, and by 4 brothers.
Wilma retired from Ohio Valley Bank after 38 years of service. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church and helped with the Red Cross Blood Drives.
She is survived by a son John Philip Webster of Frederick, Maryland, 2 brothers, and 4 sisters, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, September 26, 2016 at Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Bob Powell officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 6-8 PM.
